Frustrating This is very frustrating, I can not downgrade due to the firmware issue. Where can I get an older firmware for a developer phone, s-off and bs_us001? tpteam6, how did you find yours? I search, but found nothing. Some twrp nand backup stuff.

Thank you, unfortunately that didn't help. I'm beginning to suspect hardware failure (even though phone is new). I checked the permissions on all apps using location, and tinkered with all sorts of settings. Nothing helped.

So, any news from this? I have the same problem and don't want to resort to custom roms or a downgrade.
