So I read in another thread that "development for [this phone] is pretty much dead." I haven't checked in for a very long time, like since a few weeks after launch. I was wondering what the extent of modding was with the AT&T S7 Edge without tripping Knox. I'm mainly concerned with not disabling...
I had the AT&T update app disabled with Package Disabler Pro since day one. Should I bother to take this update?

I'll thank you when your solution isn't to disable a feature I use all the time.
I think it's more likely what the other poster said about my fingerprint being read.
Can anyone else confirm that while the phone is locked, you can double-click the home button to launch the camera, wait a few seconds, hit the back button, and the homescreen will appear without a fingerprint scan or pattern unlock?
Would it still have happened if you flashed that kernel-only Kali NetHunter zip? Or is that a bad idea to even try since it's a different model?
He mentioned dm-verity not being an issue on custom kernels, or that could just be to stop it from boot looping.. Not sure if that would affect Knox...
Did you use Odin to install TWRP and/or SuperSU? Or just stock recovery?
Oh and did you install the Kali NetHunter kernel? Just want to make sure that isn't required for that to make it work.
Thanks in advance!
