Identifying that error is pretty different as it's very new to us! You can simply type "because an app is obscuring a person request, settings can't verify your response" and search in Google :)

Honestly, the mobiles under 5 inchs either come with low features or premium (like apple). Why don't you purchase atleast 5 inch smartphone? There are many choices for 5 inches.

There are many other smartphones that has high features at low cost that were made to play games and watch movies, like Lenovo L3 Note. Just google it..

The features looks pretty good... let me check with the reviews and ratings..
