I ran into this and found a solution to downgrade from Oreo (CQL1) to Nougat (BQJA). Use the regular Odin v3.12.7 - the non-Prince one. From there, follow the steps in the Flashing Carrier Guide.

The issue appears to be that the OP2 reports Bluetooth AVRCP version 1.5 where most headunits expect v1.4. The work-around is to force reporting of v1.4 which is compatible with the widest number of units. Hopefully this will be addressed in the near future.
