Ok, I cleared Dalvik-cache and cache using twrp, before flashing the rom. Is this something I should avoid next time.

Thanks KrisM22, but it is a bit strange to do a clean install every week. So I think I'll stay with this update, and only do a next update with a clean install when it is really necessary.
