Are you just wiping data or "format" data too? Always do "clean install" Wipe dalvik, cache, data, then format your data. It may very helpful when you're going to another rom and minimalize any error behaviour.- kiezank

Always work fine on me (at least on my last 3x flashing this ROM). Even I install with Gapps (micro) which not recommended installed on Bliss Chiron. 1.
