I guess you have the Omar ROM installed ? If you want only the Motorola app, you should disable both Google gallery and AOSP camera applications. If you prefer the AOSP camera, try disabling both Motorola camera and gallery applications. I don't know if HDR is a feature in the AOSP application.

Well... I'm trying to chmod this but "file doesn't exist", even if i'm doing this just after exporting from Eclipse. Instead, I tried to copy the .apk generated from the /bin/ project path to the phone, I install it manually and it works just fine. Can't do anything else for the moment :/
