Hi, all :) My Edge doesn't want to go to deep sleep also :) Actually the problem seems to appear after first restart after hard reset :) So I've just removed the battery for 10 seconds and then wipe cache from recovery ( I saw this suggestion in some thread about Note 3 not going to deep sleep)...

That was my idea too, but i'm not sure which files i should remove. Could you please give me a short list? :) I suppose that boot.img is bootloader, but as far as i know phone's bootloader will prevent ODIN from flashing unsigned new bootloader.
