Whenever I try to install those Roms, I get an error. Do I need to format the data partition and update TWRP?

I'm looking for a stock firmware image for the idol 3 5.5 6045i. I am rooted with TWRP 2.8.7.0 on stock Android 5.0.1. In order to use the newer Androud 6 and 7 roms I need to update the stock firmware to Android 6. Any ideas? Also, is there a telegram group for this phone?

Does anyone have 24 bit audio mod working on Poweramp with the Lineage os 16 nightly ROM? Build 0703/2020. I tried using the 24 bit audio mod found in this device forum but it won't install with twrp or magisk

Running Lineage OS nightly build 07/03/2020. The 24 bit audio for poweramp mod won't install in twrp or magisk. Any other solutions to get 24 bit audio working on Poweramp? Does my kernel have to have selinux set to permissive?

Havoc OS? So would this kernel work on havoc os? As of now that rom is AOSP Pie with Oreo stock firmware as a base.

The latest version (Oct 2019) of YouTube Vanced magisk module doesn't work on the latest build of Havoc OS (Sept 12 2019). This issue has happened before with the May 2019 build of the app. The app constantly crashes and refuses to work. If there are any logs or information I can submit to help...

To be fair I am not running lineage OS. I'm on the latest havoc os on a completely clean install. If it won't install through magisk manager then you could try twrp but I would suggest asking people in the anxious v30 thread what they did if they encountered the same issue.

It shouldn't mess with that module as it only affects google play services. Make sure to read the whole description of the module. It tells you what you need to disable in security and location in system settings. If you are uncertain, ask about sysconfig magisk module in the anxious v30 thread.

Its in the downloads tab in magisk manager. You download and install it via magisk manager. It's a magisk module. There are a few things you need to change in the system settings to get it to work properly. Read the instructions in the description of the magisk module.

Look for sysconfig patcher magisk module in the magisk manager download tab. Follow the instructions carefully and it can help reduce the battery consumption of google play services.
