Some quick testing on my RT appears to be both updates; I've tried with just one or the other installed, and I'm back to no watermark and no custom apps. With both uninstalled along with all other Windows Updates (with KB3088195 and KB3084905 hidden), everything works great.

The only way I've found to really do this is to use the Null_ rom, Novalauncher, and this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582175 You can have this widget vibrate and/or sound when notifications come in, allowing you to have both. It doesn't look like there's a way to do this...

Is ADB Sideload broken right now? I just tried it to use it to load null_ 14, and while it was able to receive the file just fine, when it attempted to launch aroma, I was greeted with nothing but a black screen. Rebooting the gear and manually selecting sideload.zip from the install menu worked...

If ADB is just showing the "index of actions", something is wrong with what you're typing. It should be in the format of adb push "null_ 14.zip" /sdcard/null14.zip MTP is not available on the stock ROM.
