I am successfully using v.2.6.1 with YT v.10.34.57 on my rooted os4.3 Note3. 2.6.2 & 2.6.3 both allowed ads and kept the "recommended" screen from populating. No problems with 2.6.1.

    Post [MOD][Xposed][4.0.3+] Screen Filter (v1.5.2)

My apologies. Definitely not Screen Filter causing my rapid battery depletion. Updated several other apps last night and today I have gone 17 hours on battery with 49% remaining. I will reinstall SF to confirm normal battery usage with SF installed. I will send logcat etc. if problem...

Still have the rapid battery loss without Screen Filter installed. I noticed gPlay updated recently without my knowledge. I'm wobderi g if ghat is causing my problem. Stock ROM but rooted with original technique for att rom when N3 first came out. ---------- Post added at 10:17 PM ----------...

    Post [MOD][Xposed][4.0.3+] Screen Filter (v1.5.2)

Constantly enabled within Xposed. Not enabled from from within ADW Launcher. Rately used it except late at night. Battery drain was constant even when it was not being used. I did have it showing on the notification screen (the on-off button and slider).

Caused abnormally fast battery usage even with screen off. 1 hour 25 minutes from full charge to 15% battery. Uninstalled and normall battery usage resumed. Repeated several times over last 2 days. SG Note3. Otherwise, functioned well.

Post new to note 3.how to flash roms?

I do indeed apologize. SS became available on the 16th and the first flashable rom became available yesterday. I missed both. Apparently, roms are now flashable via SafeStrap. My apologies to the OP as well. kraz

Post new to note 3.how to flash roms?

Didn't have a bad day. Didn't intend to sound rude. Your signature indicates that you have a N9005 not a N900A. If I am mistaken, please correct me. I've had a N900A since launch day and have been following the development quite closely, I thought. While the N9005 and the N900T have...

Post new to note 3.how to flash roms?

Solarenemy68's reply seemed easy to understand to me. Are you having difficulty understanding it? In case you did not understand it...you can NOT flash ANY rom on the att N3. None. Zip. Nadda. Nothing. The bootloader is locked. Without an unlocked bootloader, you are not currently able...

Post [Q] HELP!!! Samsung note3 N900A ATT version

That's because alot of users are rooting without reading the instructions or threads first. It has been written very clearly all over the att N3 forum that you cannot go backwards from MJ5. Those that choose to do it their way without researching first are now the proud owners of $800 bricks...

Try uninstalling and reinstalling FG. Reboot in between. I tried this. I also removed the spaces or "_" in the name of the B3 file. That was suggested in the original thread referenced in this thread's OP. kraz Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

Don't check anything. Do a manual reboot after. Don't even try to reboot from notification. I actually got pissed and ran FG 4 times in a row before I did the reboot. I also put the B3 zip on my extsdcard. Won't hurt anything. Worth a try. My next technique was going to be a swift kick to...

Not to be rude....did you check system files like you posted, or did you check system/framework files? If android is upgrading, it did something! kraz Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
