Try open that second cygwin as administrator (the one where you "nc 127.0.0.1 5555 | pv -i 0.5 > mmcblk0pxx.raw") and then it'll probably work. Had about the same problem. :p And delete the mmcblk0pxx.raw you already have in the folder you saved it before trying again, to be on the safe side...

If I recall correctly nvflash doesn't work with tegra 3? And didn't they like make some open source variant of nvflash (or atleast the beginning to one) for the tranformer prime? Maybe this could help us.

How could you buy a unlock code without IMEI in the first place? :p And secondly, if you reboot into bootloader and choose "show barcode" then I guess there is a IMEI? In that case, just try a new rom, or better yet a ruu.
