Nightly #42 - fixed CPU 100% :)

Hello! I flashed a RC-1, and noticed that the CPU is constantly under load 100% Wipe and format /system does not help. Do you have any ideas?

hi, may be some bug.. on the build of the RC-1, my battery lives for less time than the nightly builds. on the RC-1 1-2% per hour in the "screen off" on the nightly build number 53, in the same mode in 7 hours 0% (HTC Legend)
