There are almost no people with your issues, I myself do a lot of dirty flashing, am with this great Rum from the beginning and never had any problems copying like you, I always use ES File Explorer. Might want to double check your sd card and slot.

Well, well moved on to omni 05.11.13 with raw_kernel_r4_j43. 6 hours later everything is fine, even wifi which gave me problems on the previous omni. No lags, no fc, no freezes...happy me ;)

I have sometimes a similar issue with wifi not wanting to turn on, only after enabling airplane mode on and off. Have you solved your problem in any way?
