XT1789-05 is identical to XT1789-06. It even has dual sim support. So I guess what works on XT1789-05 should work on XT1789-06 too.

I've noticed the same behavior. It's very hot while charging, too hot to touch and that's when it's not in use while charging. And cools down once i disconnect. 1. There's a setting in the camera app, a fix, apply that the problem will be solved. Settings>BSG MOD>Green Tint Fix
