Did you try flashing the phone with the China market based rom? I can't find any, try searching for one, of one other option is to restore and use the universal stock rom, or use the stock rom in which fingerprint works, and then unlock is bootloader and install TWRP and then flash Lineage OS...

If you backed up all partitions, then restore all of them and follow the steps to install... Note: Before you restore the partition, make sure to wipe it, it ensures that nothing goes wrong...
