I did a factory reset multiple times since the update. Including when unlocking the bootloader

I am on stock right now. if i boot with ~100 percent battery, it will boot. anything below, not sure. mostly won't.

yeah. except (this was with all original AW2 too,before unlock ) - if i restart the watch with less than ~100 percent battery, i experience the same symptoms.

flash. it does not complete the boot, but shuts off after the bootloader immediately.

i tried all of the boot images. on each of them, watch shuts down as soon as i disconnect it from the cradle. overheat maybe?
