I have twrp installed but it won't wipe the phone. I even tried putting the wrong passcode in 30 times to force wipe but it just doesn't wipe. When I flash a new recovery it says success but go back into the phone the same twrp is there! I read I need a Rec that doesn't check if it's encrypted...

Is this possible? Thought of before? I've seen threads looking for direct connect I.e HDMI input socket on tablet but what about streaming a HDMI source to tablet over local WiFi ?

update: flashed an older rom and i now have a working phone again with wifi and cellular working. but looking in hboot radio still says invalid! dont worry about it? and/or upgrade hboot / firmware etc? then i can move forward with newer roms/android?

searched all day yesterday and seemingly i need s-off to fix my firmware (radio)? if so how did it get the wrong one in from flashing a rom if you need s-off to change it? currently stuck with Hboot 3.16.0.000 no radio or dsp or baseband ( no phone signal or wifi ) S-on orang001 twrp 2.7.xx newer version wont boot fastboot working from pc was oem locked to orange but unlocked network phone boots to os but thats it

does the firmware need to match the rom or the phone(hb,cid etc)? isnt the firmware flashed when installing this rom? if not where do i get the correct firmware? TIA

any tips, full wipe install all went smooth. but phone boots to home but then "Unfortunately, Sense Home has stopped." can get into settings all looks normal bar says sense 6 not 7! ??? . but cant get past Home. About only shows Help , Network too! ??
