FIXED I found a solution , plug x+ in a regular charger it will boot into the bootloader go and select power off it will reboot into bootloader and it will self charge .. leave it about an hour and that will do it !

My One X+ has no rom & this is how it happened : i got my X+ with a unlocked bootloader & stupid custom rom it was full of bugs so i ran out of patience and tried to change the rom with 0 knowledge i first flashed a random kernel for a random rom and got bootloop , and than i tried to transfer...

Nice Work pajerm the non-overclock rom is perfect , but the overclocked one has a problem with my viva , when it's installed on my HTC on the startup screen when its says " Customizing " the phone get's freezed up ... i't doesn't works anymore , every time i reset it it stucks at the same step ...
