Yes, faced the same. Installed Clock app from Google. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.deskclock and disabled the previous one. Why to avoid that? It's the same but looks a bit newer and wakes up the screen.

I also got a boot loop with BitGApps. Tried a couple of times with clean install. Moved to NikGApps and that went fine.
