About 30% battery left since morning with moderate usage, about 4,5h of sot. Only wifi as I'm working from home. Battery is kinda bad on LTE but for me it's similar to MIUI12.

You don't flash vbmeta with TWRP- you do it in cmd with adb fastboot command. After that you flash install twrp. Other than that it should be proper procedure.

This is working fine! Too bad that fingerprint reader is now disabled and have to dt2w to enable it in the first place :(

I made it like that: Wipe in TWRP (standard factory reset) Flash firmware zip through TWRP (V12.0.1.0.QFAEUXM) Flash Pixel Experience ROM Wipe data (the one where you have to type yes) ??? PROFIT! But seriously - it booted without issues.

Build is good enough for daily use. For me battery life is as good (or rather bad) as with stock Miui 12. After update from MIUI 11 battery life for me is sh*tty but it might be hardware issue. ROM is very nice, all small things are polished, just like in Pixel- keyboard sounds, ringtones etc...

Yes, same problem. I noticed it also with Project 404 ROM.
