    Post [ROM][GB][2019.11.07]MS2Ginger, AROMA, 720p .....

I took a look around and couldn't find an answer... I've been using MS2Ginger for a while, but lately it has been sucking hard on my battery (with few apps installed), and I went back to MIUI (which had gave me good battery time in the past) to see if the problem continues. But what I really...

Okay... is it there a fully working rom that could be used to dualboot with CM9? And in another topic... I had my miui rom nandroid-ed before flashing CM9 and when I tried to recover it and boot I got stuck at the motorola logo. Is there something else I should do to make it work?

So, MIUI should work too, as the 2nd rom. It's a GB rom and it's based on CM7, as far as I know.

Thanks for the heads up! But now I'm sad. I was playing with the dualboot so it was easy to keep on changing from my working rom to CM9 and back, so now I'm not able to do that anymore? Even if I put miui on the second boot?

Okay, now I'm pretty damn stuck. I want to keep my miui install and want to try CM9, using dual boot, just like I was doing until 111202 release. I started to chase my tail here... and that's making me wish to test my defy's resistance by throwing it against a wall...

So, I'm doing that for the third or fourth time: 1. Gonna reinstall defy-dualboot 2. delete and recreate /fsimages 3. data/cache/dalvik wipe (latest recovery) 4. install ICS-111207 (latest recovery) 5. cross my fingers at reboot

Post [ICS] CM9.1 Android 4.0.4 for the Defy - now with 2ndboot kernels

Anyone else getting stuck at the Motorola logo after flashing ICS-111207? I have even deleted and recreated the fsimages folder, wipe cache/data/dalvik. Nothing got it working. I'm thinking about: 1. backing my primary ROM up (MIUI), 2. installing ICS over it, 3. backup ICS, 4. restore my...

Anyone else having trouble to return from screenlock? I left the phone on the charger, the screen went blank, power on, unlock, ok. But when the phone went lockscreen again, no dice. I had to remove the battery and boot up again.

Hey man, thanks for the fix, but I couldn't install it via Clockwork Mod, it says something about deprecated functions in the script and aborted the install. Is it there another way to install it?
