Seems that when the audio issues are fixed for everyone, the rom can be a daily driver. It seems that there are different problems on different countries' firmwares even though when the phone model is the same.. :/

From recovery you need to flash recovery flashable zips. Image/bin flashs are generally via pc/Windows with some program/tool like in this guide.

Depends how bricked it is? Can you access recovery? Do you have backup? What exactly is not working and what you did to brick it? The russian lenovo forums might have right rom and stuff for your model.
