- Let charge it a maximum (about 1 hour) before switching on. Maybe battery is very empty.
- Also You can try a hard reset manually after let charge it a maximum too. (see how to do hard reset in wiki)
- Does he go in bootloader ?
i'm not sure to understand you last sentance "Accumulator is a matter also charging no more."

And for answer to your second message, on the top right of the forum, there is the private message box. Normally if you have a new message, just near your name you must have "1 notification" or something similar...
Click on it and then clic on "private message". It's your personnal private message boxe (only you can read this private message) and you can answer by "post reply" or something similar..
Search on the top right corner of the forum...
