After you Odin TWRP, right when it finishes and starts to reboot, pull the battery. Then replace the battery and boot into recovery. TWRP should start and ask you to modify system. Make sure to swipe to let it. That should make it stick.

Yes I have Xposed 85.5 alt version installed.

You should clean wipe and flash v4. Reboot and go through the set up wizard. Then you can flash v4.1. At that point I rebooted again, THEN went back and flashed xposed. Do not flash the ModSet on top of v4.1 though. I'm on PE1 and the ROM is working just fine. ---------- Post added at 01:35 PM...

Okay so I re-flashed twice, still no ES File Explorer in App Drawer or App Manager. I did look in the /System/App folder and I can see the APKs there.... see screenshot.

I looked inside the ModSet zip file and everything else there was installed that I can tell.

Yes. I flashed the ROM, booted and went through the set up wizard. Then I flashed exposed and the ModSet. What else is in the ModSet that I can look for to see if it is installed or not?

I could not find ES File Manager after installing the ROM. I looked in the APP Drawer and in the APP Manager in settings. Am I missing something?
