    You have a Xperia Tablet S no Sony Tablet S because JellyBean is only for the XTS, a lot of users are confuse by this and even brick their devices trying to install JB.... Did you tried with another SD Card? Regards!

    If you still under warranty take the tablet to Sony and if they ask you what happen just say when you tried to update vía OTA to newest version (r5a) the tablet did'nt boot anymore :fingers-crossed: I tell them this vía telephone and also in Sony Service Center they but I don't have warranty :(...
