You can flash it to the Hero, but there are issues. If you want to try it, then perform a full nandroid backup, full wipe, then flash CursorSense32A.

you are running the mytouch right? i know this seems a bit nooby, but how did you installed it on your phone when it is a .jar file?? i have tried but cannot find out im using Amon_RA recovery 1.2.1 image to flash ROM's to my device. thank you
