    Guys, I got this phone from my cuz from UK Amazon. Still locked to O2. Apparently, O2 told my cuz that they won't be able to unlock it except wait for 12 months. It seems ridiculous. So I would like to ask the experts here. Is rooting the phone can make it unlock like those samsungs or HTCs?

    Tried few times today. After flashing automatically back to total stock Rom. I just tick the baseband and flash but still same. Can any op help please.
