Hi. I tried to hard reboot my phone using the power and volume down button then boot to recovery (vol up + home + power). Without warning the screen said "Erasing" and the phone factory reset. I'm sure I fat fingered something. I'm just wondering if anyone knows how that could have happened...

Yes I have the 500mb plan and it's using Sprint. No issues that I know of but it's used on a kids phone that is usually on wifi.
