When rebranding my Mate 10 Pro BLA-29 (C605) I accidently picked the ALP-L29C636 firmware for Mate 10. Now everything is out of whack and my computer doesn't recoginze the SDB connection which is keeping me from rebranding it back to a BLA firmware. Would really appreciate it if any one...

Exactly the two things I've noticed

Updated yesterday. Charged overnight. 4.5 hours off the charger now with 38min sot, and battery at 90%. Looks about the same to me compared to before the update. So far so good.

So apparently Telus is showing on it's website they are pushing out an update to S7 and S7e on April 18.

I haven't tried that but very possible that could be the solution. Do you mind letting me know how I would go about doing that? Having stayed away from androids for 2 years now makes me basically an idiot rookie. :o
