So ive been rooted with this method since day 1. I decided to do a factory reset format data. To get rid of encryption dialogue on twrp. NowWhatsApp cannot send or receive media. And no app can save anything to the internal memory at all. I tried everything. Any ideas? Anybody?

Because Download/Emergency mode and bootloader mode are different. adb reboot bootloader works on samsung/HTC and others but for LG. While the phone is off press Vol Up + CONNECT USB. IF there is a adb command to reboot to download mode I don't know it. Unless you mean Fastboot. Then try adb...

I had full 4.3 bootloader/firmware for t999L **edit** i must add i have not flashed the above mentioned kernel. i will report back shortly with the results.
