I faced same problem but mobile data transfer started to work after restart. Similar problem i faced with Havoc OS but there mobile data transfer work only from sim 2 slot.

Automatic rotation works fine. Go to launcher setting - Miscelanious - Screen orientation - you should enable the slider to work on your desktop and launcher menu.
