    Post [How-To] Update to G900V_PF4 - 6.0.1

I ended up just factory resetting, but CVertigo1 helped me out with this post for anyone else with the issue: "I am having the same issue with my phone on BOG5, and I also had it on BOE1. I found the fix and documented it. There are two things you can do, follow my instructions on my post, or...

Post DISCONTINUED [VZW_Stock Based TW Rom][5.0 Lollipop BOG5 Build Deodexed]

Any apps I update before I reboot don't stick and need to be reinstalled after I restart the phone. I don't know if this is an issue with the rom or Xposed. I installed Xposed right after the deodexed rom, so I can't tell which one could be causing it. Is anyone else having this issue of the...

I'm seeing this exact issue. Any apps I update before I reboot don't stick and need to be reinstalled after I restart the phone. I installed Xposed right after the deodexed rom, so I can't tell which one is the issue

    Post [How-To] Update to G900V_PF4 - 6.0.1

So I took this update straight from KitKat figuring I needed to jump in to Lollipop eventually. I appreciate the clear instructions, I had no problem, as I haven't played with my phone since acquiring root last September. Since this update has terrible battery draining issues that I didn't...

    Post Unofficial Cyanogenmod 13.0 for d2att -Android 6.0 - 04/13 - Working FFC

That second link was perfect information, thanks! I could check the IMEI and according to Verizon, it won't work. I'll probably still give it a shot when ATT sends me the unlock code just to see what happens.

    Post Unofficial Cyanogenmod 13.0 for d2att -Android 6.0 - 04/13 - Working FFC

I figured I would be able to edit the APN settings since the hardware is equivalent. I just don't know how the modem will respond to the Verizon SIM card

Thanks, I actually have been in the discussion over there too. I can't install his version on my ATT phone, that's why I came over here to see if anyone has tried to use this ROM to work with Verizon.

d2vzw Hi guys, I searched the thread and wasn't able to find any information on loading this on to an ATT gs3 but using a Verizon SIM. Does anyone know if this is possible? I'm working on getting an unlock code for my ATT gs3, but I have a Verizon SIM card.

So in order to get an ATT phone to work on Verizon, I'd still need to use an ATT ROM? And then modify the APN settings?

d2att Alright guys, I've searched this thread all the way through and can't seem to figure out how to get an AT&T gs3 to work with this rom. When I attempt to flash it, it says it needs to be a d2vzw. Is there a way to change or override that check?

    Post [ROM][CM12.x][CM11.x]mastamoon's unofficial builds

I'm on 12/12 and want to update to today's build and I wanted to make sure I'm flashing the appropriate files. In the past I just cleared the cache and flashed the new update, but the OP says to flash SU. I don't know if this is with every update or just initially.

Dirty Flash Question What all are you dirty flashing? Just the update and google apps, or the SU as well?

Dirty flashed today's update (3/12) after clean flashing 3/10 and dirty flashing 3/11. All my MMS issues are fixed, I can send and receive MMS through stock messenger, not just Hangouts.

    Post [ROM][CM12.x][CM11.x]mastamoon's unofficial builds

I clean installed yesterday's build (3/10) after I experienced MMS issues. It didn't fix it, so I upgraded to today's build and it was still messed up. I tried the Hangouts settings others have mentioned and that IS working for me at the moment. I just don't like Hangouts, so I'll switch back...
