If you're trying to sim unlock the tmobile version of the phone, why not use the tmobile app that lets you unlock it? Device Unlock app... I used it on mine and my phone is sim unlocked.

That's what I believed was causing the issue. I'll delete and see if the issue goes away.

UPS lost my phone. They said they don't know where it's at... It went out for delivery yesterday and returned to the warehouse, and never left the warehouse... They told me it could be an hour to a week before it possibly shows up.. I'm at tmobile buying another.

Just got off the phone with tmobile, she told me that they are being shipped Monday.
