Just got off the phone with Verizon Tech Support....my Representative told me that the tickets she had with this issue are all from Florida. She switched me to another server (Tulsa) and VVM worked!!!! The issue is with the Miami Server...so, if you live in Florida and are having issues, call...- lorimatt13

Me, too! Verizon tech support said it is a known issue and will take 3-6 days to fix....I switched from a Samsung Edge...:crying::crying::crying: Also, I have Premium VM Package.- lorimatt13
