Just to clarify, ONLY push the modem through Odin in those instructions. I wasn't the only one stupid enough to try and push an OC5 bootloader on 4.4.4 Got it figured out with some help, but what a waste of time.

Any advice on how to do this? I'm not ready to lose all my Xposed modules yet.

You got lucky. Best Buy doesn't price match contract cell phones from online retailers. And Sprint wanted 50 bucks per line to even upgrade one day early, and I've been with them for 10 years.
