The APN setting is disable (grey). How to edit APN settings?

Had just flashed the lte version. It jerks every other minute when playing YouTube or other videos with mxplayer. Can I modify some setting to improve this? Thanks. Have been using LiquidSmooth ROMs on all my android phones and they are great! Edit: maybe just because the hardware is slow....

Hi XDAers, Please help! I sold a my Rezound (which was flashed to Page Plus) to a pal using Verizon. According to my old experience (3G phones), the phone should be able to be activated and programmed without any manual setting. But the phone is not able to voice or text; the data works fine...
