I noticed that when I'm connected to a 2,4GHz WiFi or I'm tethering using the 2,4GHz band and have localization on the network speed drops to around 3-4Mbps (and the ping skyrockets to 130-200ms). When using the 5GHz band or disabling localization the speed get back to normal (55Mbps, 15ms...
