I followed all the steps, including flashing vbmeta and don't boot. I'm using ZUI 11.1. Any ideias?

I fix this freezy screen. I flash the ROM, after download the lastest version of Phanton Kernel N8 from XDA Forum and Install via TWRP. Work Well and not reboot.
