It is possible, last time, the issue appears after few hours of use, so I will see, if it will help. But before, if the issue appeard, the airoplane mode hadnt helped. Reboot hadnt helped too. Wipe cache same. I had to do full wipe and flash ROM again.

Long press buttons actions, you can set in - settings - resurrection tools - buttons. For a back button, you can set "kill app" action in settings - development - (the last item) - Kill app back button.
