I tried to flash B365 oreo over B384 with tutorial 2, update started as usual then reached 100% and phone switched off totaly. Now looks like bricked, can't switch on, charging doesn't work, when connected to pc system shows unrecognized USB SER device. Is there any hope to unbrick it?

If only the system image is different that should work but I can't confirm because didn't flash over any custom rom. To be certain maybe ask in custom rom threads about tested method to go back to stock rom then update to pie.

Maybe downgrade to nougat and then ota update to oreo will help. When I made debrand had unlocked bootloader and frp. Then did ota update to oreo and now have bootloader and frp properly locked.

When you download piedowngrade_pack.zip check md5 then unzip it and you get piedowngrade.zip that's the one you install in twrp, read carefully tutorial and my post, should work properly.

If you are on pie already use my script, don't worry about 'downgrade' in name.

I have used the same twrp as for oreo and it allowed to install piedowngrade.zip without problems. The only error occurred when tried to make whole system backup before downgrade, but didn't get into it and take a risk without the backup.
