i had the same problem. boot your phone to the FKM mode by pressing vol down and power. You will see a white logo. from there you can run adb and go to edl mode. try to flash the boot.img from the B03 system dump or any other B03 stock boot.img. It did the trick for me if you have TWRP you can...
