Yes its in settings and u have to enable it every time u flash a new rom. OXX and XEO rom and of course on the custom rom. It does the trick for me and i tried for over 1 week and then i do this and everything is ok

I had the same problem and try all solutions. Then i mark on USB debugging on every new flash and then everything is okay.

I don't have any sounds and i cant use camera. I have Norwegian Note 3 and some say i have to wait until my region is released? I have tried all to fix it. Any tips?
