Odd problem that isn't that big of a deal but I noticed that heart rate monitor programs aren't working. I never use them but was curious how well they worked so I don't know if its a MIUI issue, ICS issue, or an issue with this rom. Anybody seen this before?

Open the Downloads app -> Menu -> Settings -> Disable Data download prompt. Apps will still say wifi but you can download them then.

I used a2sd on GB builds and never had this problem. I'm talking ALL apps not built into the system are missing

Figured it out. The ActiveSync Mailbox Policy that was applied to my account was the default which didn't allow non-provisionable devices. After I *cough* changed mine to use one that allowed provisionable devices. Was able to get through after that.
