I'm not sure how to do that. After I download it, do I select PDA from the Odin menu? Sent from my SPH-L710 using XDA Free mobile app

There are also some issues accessing storage on my device. When I try to use CamScanner, I get this message: "Directory check failed. Please check SD card state." I never had problems scanning with my camera before I rooted. Sent from my SPH-L710 using XDA Free mobile app

Thanks for the help everyone. Someone I spoke with suggested I flash the modem. Would I use the NDC modem located: here ?

So, when I flash CWM, is it changing the recovery and the bootloader or just the recovery?

Post [FULL RESTORE][TAR] Stock NDC Odin FLASHABLE [4.4.2] [BOOST/VM]

What is the difference between a bootloader and recovery? or are they the same? I'm not quite sure what to do; assuming it were available, would flashing the NJ3 tar be a possible fix?

I forgot to mention that the CWM I'm using is a Sprint version; does that make a difference? Sent from my SPH-L710 using XDA Free mobile app

Post [FULL RESTORE][TAR] Stock NDC Odin FLASHABLE [4.4.2] [BOOST/VM]

I flashed a custom recovery (CWM) and now I want to go back to the stock recovery (unroot device). I'm still using the stock ROM; I never changed it. I did this before activating service to the phone. I was unable to use the hands free activation; Virgin had to manually program it. Since then, I...

Post [Q] Clockworkmod and 4G LTE service issue

I found this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2774333 Is this the right file? I'm not sure if my baseband version is right for this file. Mine is L710VPUCNJ3; I don't see anything referencing NDC or ND8. I also disabled Knox once I flashed CWM and SuperSU; will that be...

Post [Q] Clockworkmod and 4G LTE service issue

I just googled virgin firmware and it looks like there's some out there. I'm not sure if all sources should be trusted though. Also, I see there its a stock radio. Do I need to Odin that too? Maybe that's where the problem is. Sorry for all the questions; this is the first time I've used a...

Post [Q] Clockworkmod and 4G LTE service issue

That's what I was thinking about doing. Do you think there's any difference between the Sprint firmware and the Virgin firmware? Also, what do I do with superuser? Does that need to be removed/uninstalled? Sent from my SPH-L710 using XDA Free mobile app

That doesn't explain the persistent "System update" notification, though.

Thread [Q] Clockworkmod and 4G LTE service issue

Not sure if this is the right forum; if there is a better place to post this, please let me know. I recently installed (not sure if that's the right word) Clockworkmod on my Virgin Mobile Galaxy SIII. I did it before I activated the phone, so maybe that was a mistake and is why I'm having...
