Try removing your memory cards and then rebooting , worked for me . My SD card was from my Toshiba AT100 and I never bothered formatting it before using it in the transformer . Once rebooted it said no update found , hit search again and "bingo" . Hope this helps

Stock .30 , when docked , if i turn it off by clicking ok it will often shutdown and boot up again . When you press the power button , hey presto , home screen is there . Occassionally getting a gmail notification when I thought it was asleep . Even did a forced shutdown only to find it woke up...

yes , flashed it today using austeregrims 3.1 Stock backup ( didn't want root ) . used both thrive forums and tabletforums for the info . biggest hurdle was getting ADB and ADB usb driver setup , then easy to flash CWM through fastboot . Don't forget to extract the stock image using 7zip ...

Regarding battery life ... I reset battery stats as recommended and ran a bluray rip of Avatar on maximum brightness . After 2 hours and 41 minutes of viewing battery was at 56 % ... not too shabby .
