Yes same behavior but mine turns on after 20 sec after shutdown.

Don't update june 2020 patch(v6.6575) on KDL-43W800G it has a software bug (confirmed by engineer after checking when I called support) which keeps restarting after Full shutdown (long power button press....not standby on single power button press). Reset won't help, can't downgrade... Stuck...

It really doesn't matter where you install either system/bin or system/xbin.........it always symlink to other as example if you install to system/bin then it'll symlink to system/xbin and vice versa
