So player has stopped refers to the xfinity tv player app from google play store. I tried wiping both partition cache and davlik cache, as well as clearing cache and data for the app itself. I also uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still gives an error on boot and when attempting to open the app.

I installed the unlimited multi window mod. Whenever I reboot I get a notification that player has stopped. Any clue what player is? Is it vital? Everything seems to be working properly. Im on att de odexed k7 stock.

I went with bigfau. I installed the better stock ics rom. Works like a charm. Thank you to those that replied.

Just wanted to provide a little more info. I am at&t. Also, in the thread i refernced with the stock gb tar there is also a few other files underneath. Stock kernel only odin tars, one of which is for at&t. I did not install that. Also, cwm is still installed on the phone. Can that be whats...

Thx for your response. I did see that thread and gave the kies suggestion a go earlier, however kies kept crashing. At this point i may just flash a custom rom. Any suggestions? Looking for something ics with touchwiz.
