You need to call your Verizon rep and have them forward that form immediately. Stay on him/her to get it done. It shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks AT THE MOST.

I'm having the same issue attempting to side load apks via my macbook air using adb. I've tried multiple ports, multiple cables, and just can't figure it out...

Just an FYI, I just bought the Qi Wireless charging back & charging pad, and the Lifeproof Nuud for my Sprint Galaxy S4 L-720, and it does maintain the waterproof seal with the wireless charging back on the device inside the lifeproof. :)

I used my macbook to flash this to a 16GB microSD card, and it worked perfectly! I just had to change the wording in terminal, and unmount the card first. "sudo su" (then entered password) "diskutil list" (to find the specific memory card drive path) "unmount /dev/disk1" (where "/dev/disk1"...

check to see if they are working on the towers nearby, if they are part of Network Vision, or having capacity upgrades. I consistently have the same issue with my GS3, and had the same issue with my iPhone 4s in the same area because they have been working on our tower here.

I tried both options previously, but I was unable to find the sound i was looking for. I found all the ringtones that flash with the ROM, but I was trying to figure out where it keeps the sound that it plays when you go to Settings-->Sound-->Volume-->Media Volume and adjust it up or down. Sorry...

Media volume sound Just a quick question, I was wondering where I could find the media sound that is in the volume settings menu for the RC2.2 ROM, or if anyone has this file. It sounds like a techno song but I was unable to find it anywhere in the ROM. Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure if the 60680 is better than the 11114, but I believe the 60680 will not allow data roaming, while the 11114 will. Again, I am unsure about this, but it's just my guess. Also I have attached the latest PRL from the Evo 3D, just for fun.

I read previous posts, but didn't see anything related... Is anyone else having issues where the bluetooth radio will not turn on? It will just act like it is turning on, then after a while, turn back off. I have tried reflashing thru ODIN, etc. Also, the map fix posted earlier in the thread...
