Go to sammobile.com then go to firmware. Then enter you phone model number, then select your country/carrier. Then you will see the list of firmwares. Then download the one which is 2nd/3rd/4th. I would recommend 2nd and 3rd. Then extract the firmware.

Just download samsung kies on your computer, put your phone in download mode and then do a emergency software recovery (can be found from some option on samsung kies)
